Enjoy complimentary standard delivery when you treat yourself to an Issy London design.

Deliveries will be fulfilled by Royal Mail, using signed for, tracked service on standard delivery. If you wish to upgrade to express, using DHL next day delivery there is this option available at an additional cost.

Please contact  if you require other additional delivery options,  or shipping to countries not currently specified.

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


Please note that your delivery may be subject to additional duties and tax charges. Please note that these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included within our prices or our shipping charge. 

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you find that it's not the one, all items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.

To return goods please:
1) Please request a return authorisation by emailing with 'Returns' clearly stated in the subject line with the order number.  
2) Pack your items carefully and securely and add the copy of your order in the package.
3) Return to Issy London within 14 days of your written notification.

Please ensure your item(s) are returned to us in an unworn and in the original condition, with all the swing tickets attached, in the original packaging and provide proof of purchase.  We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.

Goods are returned to Issy London at the expense and risk of the customer. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

We really value all feedback from our customers so please help us make your shopping experience better and let us know reason for returning your Issy London design.

Once we have received your return, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.


For orders outside of the UK it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return postage including all tax and duties that are applicable. We recommend that you gain proof of postage for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

We are pleased to offer free exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size subject to stock availability, within 14 days of receipt. Under certain circumstances a credit note can be issued. For more information please email
