Delivery 

Enjoy complimentary delivery when you treat yourself to an Issy London design.

Deliveries will be fulfilled by Royal Mail, using signed for, 48-hour service.

Please contact info@issylondon.co.uk  if you require other additional delivery options,  or shipping to countries not currently specified.

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds

Returning items

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you find that it's not the one, you can return your item(s) within 14 days.

Please request a return authorisation by emailing info@issylondon.co.uk with 'Returns' clearly stated in the subject line.

Please ensure your item(s) are returned to us in an unworn and unused condition, with the swing tickets attached, in the original packaging and provide proof of purchase.  We really value all feedback from our customers so please help us make your shopping experience better and let us know reason for returning your Issy London design.

Once we have received your return, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for this to show in your account. 

Please note: the return of your item(s) is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your return is delivered back to us safely.  

Non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on RELOVED samples, sale or gift cards.

Exchanges 
Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges. We recommend returning your item(s) as soon as possible, and then purchasing the new item once your return has been accepted.
